Who is responsible

Cloverium Sustainability Consulting LLC, a company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us through the contact form on the About and contact page.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, organisation, email address, enquiry type and message.

Expert roster: the CV and information you choose to send us by email.

Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) kept by our hosting provider for security purposes.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare proposals; to assess and propose experts for specific opportunities, only with your agreement; and to keep the website secure.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange. CVs: up to three years, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs: according to our hosting provider’s retention schedule.

Who receives it

We do not sell or rent personal data. We use service providers for website hosting (GoDaddy) and email (Microsoft 365), whose servers may be located outside the United Arab Emirates and who process data under contractual safeguards.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It sets a functional cookie to remember your language choice, and security cookies for site administrators only.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Security

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, hardened against common attacks and backed up daily.
